Nottingham
Nottingham, where I spent some of the sweetest times I have ever had and in the company of some of the finest friends I have ever met ...
... many of whom I'm still keeping in touch.
Nottingham is the home of the legendary Robin Hood.It has an overall population (i.e., city proper and greater Nottingham) of close to a million, thus making it the 7th largest urban area in the United Kingdom, ranking between Liverpool (6th) and Sheffield (8th).

I left my foot prints here in this romantic street of Nottingham ...
Waverley Building at Waverley Street, Nottingham.

Chaucer Building at Goldsmith Street, Nottingham.
The Nottingham Tram service opened in 2004, way after I've left the city, so no chance of experiencing it, yet.

This is Hampden Street Flats, Nottingham where i stayed in my year 2, way back in the early 90s.
Gee, I'm so old.

The Arboretum, only a few minutes' walk from my flat, is where i went to feed the friendly squirrels.
The squirrels there had major eyesight problems, many a time they couldn't tell the difference between the peanuts and my fingers, ouch !

Just an overnight snow will turn the Arboretum into a
winter wonderland. When covered in snow, the view is simply spectacular!
Leo recently went back to Nottingham, how envious of me.
