都不知你在胡扯些甚麽！
身为晋汉省华青团团长所面对的挑战到底有那些？这似乎不是三言两语就能道尽的。
除了要付出时间和精力外，我想其中一个挑战或者说是考验就是必须要随时随地应接和回答记者或媒体的“突击”采访了。
何谓“突击”采访？那就是在你毫无准备之下，叫你针对某些课题或事件发表意见，甚至是建议一些解决方案等。
若是说我所讲的只是代表个人意见，那倒无所谓；顶多隔天言论见报后给人骂两句“都不知你在胡扯些甚么！”就罢了。
但是当你所说的每一句话都会被冠上所谓的“代表”了37个属团，74个团委和超过6000位团员的意见，或是代表古晋省和三马拉汉省两省境内华社青年团的心声或立场时，那就完全是两码事了。
所以，我完全可以明白为何这些年来我的一些言论会惹起不少的风波和麻烦的 ...
可以肯定的是，当了晋汉省华青团团长，我是不得不对周遭的环境，局势和事态保持一定的敏感度和洞察力的。但是，也可以更肯定的是，我还是有很多方面需要继续努力，继续提升和继续加强的 ...
还有，我也必须要感谢所有媒体报界记者们这些年来给我和晋汉省华青团的支持和爱护。感谢你们让我们的声音能够上达下传，让我们的意见受到重视，让我们的组织受到肯定。
真的是非常感谢你们, 华青团让你们辛苦了 ....

Being the Chairman of FCY faces many challenges... and I mean really many challenges.
One of the challenges is none other than to be prepared to comment on any issue put forward by any reporter at any time and in any place, and many a time, spontaneously.
It's no funny business if what you say will be "deemed" as representing the views or stances of 37 member associations, 74 committee members and more than 6000 members who elected you to the post.
The excuse of “ oh, it's just my personal opinion! ” simply doesn't work.
So, it's no surprise that I have many times landed myself in hot spots because of the comments I gave or the opinions I had.
But there simply is no course available for me to attend to become a better and more competent Chairman, especially FCY Chairman. I'll just have to learn it myself through trial and error. So every day is a learning experience for me and needless to say, there is still room, and I mean a BIG room for improvement.
Nevertheless, I am grateful to all the reporters and friends in the media for their unreserved supports all these years through thick and thin... I thank you and salute you all from the bottom of my heart.
