根据當局发布的消息，目前水灾已造成砂拉越州187所学校被迫停课，近10000人(1474个家庭) 被疏散至全砂已启动的37个疏散中心。疏散人数以古晉最多，共有1215个家庭的8223名灾黎被疏散到33个疏散中心。
目前水灾灾情最严重的是位于古晉省的石隆门县，水深6尺。
