Mi Goreng & Teh Tarik

This has got to be one of my favorites and one of the most popular delicacies in Malaysia, the Fried Noodles or what we fondly call it ~ mi goreng.

... yellow noodles fried with special sauce, decorated with cabbage, bean sprouts，meat etc, sprinkled with sliced spring onion and chilli before serving and don't forget to squeeze some lime juice on it ...

... simply delicious!

这是马来西亚其中一个最普遍的道地美食，马来炒面 (mi goreng) 。

材料是采用粗黄面，配上特制的甜酱，加上包心菜，豆芽，肉类等佐料在热火上炒煮，上桌前撒上一些辣椒和春葱片，享用前再挤上一些酸吉（酸橙）汁，开胃又爽口...

...让人回味无穷。

然后，再来一杯道地的冰冻泡沫奶茶 (Teh Tarik Ais) ...

真是人生一大享受啊!

Some people said, it is almost a crime to come to Kuching without visiting the Sunday Market, I couldn't agree more ...

Quenching thirst can be quite a confusing experience for this young little fellow. 要选那一种饮料呢？




Pineapple, cucumber, turnip, dried tofu, grounded peanut and the black sticky sauce are the basic ingredients for this yummy snack called Rojak.
黄梨，黄瓜，沙葛，豆腐干，花生碎和那黑酱料等是罗惹的主要成份。
