The Award was given by The Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRCS) National Blood Donation Campaign Committee at Pasaraya MYDIN, MITC, Ayer Keroh, Malacca on 31st July, 2009 which was presented by Y.A.Bhg. Wife of the Chief Minister of the State of Malacca (or Melaka) representing Y.A.Bhg. Wife of the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia.

晋汉省华青团续2006及2007年获得马来西亚红新月会捐血荣誉榜《私人机构，工厂，政府机构等》组别的 全国第一 最高荣耀后，再次以筹募1,998品脱血液荣登同一组别2008年度全国总冠军宝座，为砂拉越州争光。
晋汉省华青团团长前任和現任福利组主任吴新华和许统家于2009年7月31日亲自远赴馬六甲州出席马来西亚红新月会全国颁奖典礼。 颁奖礼由馬六甲州首蓆部長夫人代表馬來西亞副首相夫人主持。
