Original building built in 1891 and was extended to its present form in 1911. The building was especially built to house and display local native arts and crafts and collections of local animals.
被称为亚洲最好的博物馆之一的砂拉越博物馆原有的建筑物建于1891年，1911年扩充至现有的结构，沿用至今。

2008 YBMS RAYA OPEN HOUSE GATHERING
2008年马来文化基金会开斋节开放门户邀请

18th October, 2008, 晋汉省华青团受马来文化基金会的盛情邀请,出席该会假古晋Pusat Sumber Tun Openg举办的2008年开斋节开放门户活动。
We were invited by YBMS (Sarawak Malay Culture Foundation) for their 2008 Raya Open House Gathering at Tun Openg Resource Centre,Kuching. It was a great experience and we enjoyed it tremendously in the true spirit of Muhibah.
