Honey Lime 蜜柑

那天，我与蜜柑有约 ...

位于古晋省石隆门(Bau)县Pangkalan Tebang 的新山果园 (P.T.Garden) ,是一个让城市人远离尘嚣，拥抱大自然的好去处。

从古晋驱车而去需要大约1个多小时的时间。

流經果園的小溪，清澈見底 ...

果园占地22英亩，园内种有蜜柑，芒果，山竹，红毛丹，波罗蜜，榴莲，莲雾等。其中以蜜柑最多，有上千棵。

远山环抱，小溪潺潺，青山绿水，尽入眼帘 ...

重量可達250克的蜜柑，讓人垂涎慾滴 ...
Each lime can weigh up to 250 grammes ... that's a sweet and juicy whopper!

蜜柑花，發出淡淡的清香 ...

Located at Pangkalan Tebang, Bau District, Kuching Division, P.T. Garden is just about one hour driving distance from Kuching.

This 22 acres fruit orchard is home to some over a thousand honey lime trees which presently produces 15 tonnes odd of honey lime per month.

It's a great place to be for those who want to get away momentarily from the helter-skelter city life ...

Mi Goreng & Teh Tarik

This has got to be one of my favorites and one of the most popular delicacies in Malaysia, the Fried Noodles or what we fondly call it ~ mi goreng.

... yellow noodles fried with special sauce, decorated with cabbage, bean sprouts，meat etc, sprinkled with sliced spring onion and chilli before serving and don't forget to squeeze some lime juice on it ...

... simply delicious!
