对于古晉美食方面的介绍, 由于自己不是这方面的专家, 再加上口味是非常个人且见仁见智的,恐怕不好在此乱介绍。
但是在网络上就有很多关于古晉美食的介绍, 只要键入干捞面 (kolo mee), 果杂 (kueh chap)或辣沙(laksa/Sarawak laksa)等字眼， 就有很多图文并茂相关的介绍，你不妨试一试。
