三食客

有五年了吧 ...

我們這三位吃遍古晉美食的 “大男孩” 湊在一起有五年了吧？

我是因為幫他们處理了一些業務糾紛問題，雖說是職責所在，而且也是舉手之勞，但是他倆為了要“報答”我，硬是要把我拉到餐館吃一頓。

我是一個最怕欠人家人情的人，吃了他們那一頓，就約定下一頓必須由我作東主回請他們，就這樣我們三位就踏上了那輪流作東主請吃的不歸路。

我現在的這副拖着救生圈的身材，他倆真的功不可沒 ...

潮州大兄老佘是一位留美生，回國後當過臨教誤人子弟(這是他自嘲說的)。已有三個孩子的他現搞園藝工作，得空就“惡搞”人家的庭院，口卑聽說還不錯，還有人排隊讓他“惡搞”。我常笑他，人家是老板看顧客的臉色，他的呢是顧客看老板的臉色，很多時候他對自己的園藝設計和意見非常堅持，連顧客都要讓他三分。搞園藝也是一門藝術，舉凡藝術家都有藝術家的脾氣啦。

說到老段，已是兩個孩子的爸的这位客家大兄上通中國上下五千年歷史(不過都是从啃連續劇得來的野史，這是他自招的),下曉國內外各大小局勢，說起話來頭頭是道，還引經據典，是一個不折不扣的熱血青年 ! 老段還是一位中國象棋高手，常常和人家在棋盤上論英雄，說好漢。

我們這三位背景和性格那麼回然不同的“大男孩”能夠湊在一塊還真是耐人尋味，而且還一湊就湊足了五年。

我想或許大家都是老饕，愛嘗美食的關系吧 ...

昨天，輪到老段掏腰包，給他幸運選中的就是這家位于古晉 Premier 101商業中心的 《中原小館》

(Zhong Yuan Kitchen), 家常小菜很不錯，生意好得不得了。

The Three Musteaters

It has been Five years now since we three got together and dined on regular basis, each taking turn to foot the bill. No nagging wives, no running around kids, just us, three big boys, discussing serious issues like politics, global warming and recession, yeah right !

It all started when Thon and Sia both approahed me to help them solve their business disputes few years back, and as a token of appreciation they invited me for a nice dinning experience. Well, the rest is history ...

Sia is a graduate from the States, he was once a teacher but now owns a Gardening business. On the other hand, Thon is involved in manufacturing of building materials business. Besides, he is also a hard core fan of Chinese Chess as well as an ardent promoter of it.

It must be our common interest in tasting good food that brought us together.

Well, I guess you can call us " The Three Musteaters ".

Yesterday, it was Thon's turn to call for our regular dining gathering, he chose this restaurant called Zhong Yuan Kitchen at Premier 101 Commercial Centre, Kuching.

They served very nice homely food ...
